There's a guardian case that fits them snug as anything, I got one for my ros-16 - you've to be careful because of the longer body length - if you're still interested I'll dig out the part number.

If you're around Batley on your visit - I run an acoustic open Mic / Jam Night at the Taproom in Batley on the 3rd Tuesday of each month - nice and relaxed.

I thought that was what the little legs on the bottom of a mic stand were for?

Thanks Michael for organising another great weekend. I know I'll regret saying this when it comes round to next year but I think that can do justice to the songs that you showed us over the weekend.
All this and a great concert too.
Thanks again, Bob.
( and there's 10 extra rooms at the feathers next year ) .

I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and learned some stuff too, who knows next year I might get up and play some slide.
Thanks to Michael , Ed and Steve , but don't forget the Arts Center staff and volunteers - they always seem to go out of their way to give us everything that we might need.

My lightning and Blues '28 are both the same it's just like a painted/stenciled logo. Just sayin' - not complainin'.
Perhaps the ones with a heavy stamp don't have as many bum notes installed.

There was a dodgy looking bloke selling them at Pocklington too.

I've done the Monte Alums mods on a couple of BD2s and there's a subtle but well worth while difference for not a lot of brass.

The challenge now is to convert it into a Les Paul copy.

Would a USB mixer fit what you want to do?

I'd like to say thanks to Michael and Ed for running s fun and educational weekend. It's good to know that you'll be running it next year - I'll certainly be signing up , I might even have got my head round some of this years tunes by then. It's always nice to put some names to faces too.
Thanks, Bob

If you're coming to Pocklington I should hold fire on a purchase untill afterwards - I think that you'll get some great advice face to face with a few parlours to try ( I'll probably have 2 there - as long as I don't drop any in the next coupla weeks ). I've learnt a lot about what I thought I liked and what I *really* did like in a guitar at blues week and pocklington.

Do I remember someone saying that you have to be careful with string tension so as not to pull the stop bar out of the hardboard sorry, luthier quality grade 'a', book matched, flamed masonite....
There's one comes to Blues week and it doesn't sound bad at all acoustic ( a little quieter than the surrounding massed resos ) but I don't know what it sounds like plugged in.
One of Andy's plugged in however sounds awesome - P90 into a JTM45 clone - always brings a smile to my face.
