I thoroughly enjoyed the weekend and learned some stuff too, who knows next year I might get up and play some slide.
Thanks to Michael , Ed and Steve , but don't forget the Arts Center staff and volunteers - they always seem to go out of their way to give us everything that we might need.
Bob.

Everything that everybody says above. Great weekend. Got taught loads of good stuff. Only time will tell how much I learnt but that is down to having a memory like a guppy and not taking enough batteries for my recorder (note to self for the next one).
A big thank you to Michael, Ed, Steve and the staff at the Arts Centre for making it a really rewarding experience. I look forward to the next one. Slide on, Pat

Thank you for all the kind words about the Acoustic Blues Weekend. I was completely shattered yesterday, but I think we all had a great time!
My thanks go out to Steve James, Ed Genis, Janet Farmer, James Duffy, all the staff at the Pocklington Arts Centre, and of course to everyone who came along to be part of the event.
As soon as dates are confirmed for 2015 I will post all the information on here.
Thanks to everyone for coming and helping to make it such a great weekend!

Was a bit far for me and clashed with stuff. Will do it one day I hope.
Have you ever thought of resurrecting the Bracknell weekend for us southerners Michael?

Good time all round. Here are some vids of the Staff Concert on the Saturday night. They are not listed on YouTube so you need the links below to find them. If the artists have a problem with them I will happily take them off YT, I gain no kudos by this.
Steve James - Birmingham Steel
Michael Messer/Ed Genis - African Diving Duck
Cheers

Steve is like a good old Burgundy French wine, older he is, better he sings and play!
