I can't find anything quite like it in Mark's book. Seller says model 25/27 but I know it's not a 27. I assume this model had no sound well or neckstick? Dobro Here

Looks like a Regal Model 19, maybe? link
Looks very similar to the one in your own thread, just a different finish... link #2

Found this one that looks the same basically. I think it'a a step up from the model 19, but still no neckstick or sound well. Could be a good deal if the neck angle and join is decent. Mod 25/27

My knowledge of Dobros is pretty thin, but I was under the impression that all the wood-bodied Dobros with f-holes had the "half-neck stick" thing?

Some did but you can quickly ID those because they have the fret dots below the 12 fret (hiding the screws). Same goes for old Trojans. The ones w/o the dots use a dovetail join which apparently is a nightmare to do a proper neck reset on.

Anyone know of any issues/difficulties in converting a spider bridge to left handed use?

Don't think so gaucho, aside from rotating the bridge the other way a bit for intonation.
