I live in NH, US and this will be my first winter heating season with my MMB28. It's a wood body - so subject to drying out - but I'm concerned about the effect of moisture on the cone and other metal parts. I carefully humidify my 2 acoustics (after learning the hard way) but what, if anything, should I do to humidify the MMB28? Thanks much...

Hi Jody,
Wood bodied National-style resonator guitars don't get affected in the same way as a real acoustic guitar. It is made of thick plywood, so that won't move. The metal parts will not be affected either, but you might hear it creaking as the temperature changes.
My guitars all hang on the wall in my living room which has a log burning stove and a large door onto the garden (backyard). In the winter it gets very hot at night and I often open the door in the mornings and let the cold air in because I'm a fresh air fiend. My guitars are all fine, I haven't lost one yet!
I hope that's helpful.
