Ive ordered the Introduction To Slide Guitar DVD from Euroblues on the 27th June and it still hasn't arrived, Ive emailed with no response. Anyone else traded with them recently. Is slowness normal?

Hi Paul,
I do not deal with the online sales, but I know who does and he has been away on family business since your order was placed. I do know that he is back home again and I will send an email right away to jog things along.
This does not usually happen, deliveries are prompt, but some family business has taken precedent in recent weeks.
I can only apologise and say that I would rather send you a free copy than have you disappointed with the service you receive.

I wasn't looking to apportion blame or seek recompense, I just wondered if there was an issue as there was no reply to email..........no need to send a free copy, as long as it is on its way then all is well.

Thank you for your kind reply. I understood your message, but any product that has my name on it also has my reputation to support it and I am very protective of that. If there is a problem, I would rather send out a free DVD than have an unhappy customer.
I am sure Euro Blues will send out your DVD as soon as they see my email.
