Hello, Has anybody tried this Ozark? I think it's quite a new one and I tried one in the LRC in Feb next to a Vintage. It certainly looks nice - www.ozark-acoustic.com/guitars/3615.htmlThe tone was great and the sustain of the Ozark lasted about twice as long as the Vintage. I would really like to hear what other people think - and also where to get one now. Thanks.

Anyone who has an Ozark dealership (http://www.ozark-acoustic.com/dealerships.html) could order one for you.

IMHO the Ozark is a better guitar than other budget guitars. Most of my reasons for preferring the Ozark above other budget guitars is there business approach. For example they have a web site which many of the other budget companies do not. The staff are very friendly and always reply to emails. The guitars are quite good but you do need to look at them very carefully before buying, some guitars look like they have been a bit rushed. They are also very very heavy and this seems to be consistent with all Ozark models. But when it come to the deluxe models then I change my opinion on Ozarks, the parts used to make the guitar may look fancy but its still the same monkey putting it together. If your looking at deluxe models you probable better off spending your money on a midd range guitar like Amistar or Donmo. At least with these guitars there not trying to be something they're not.

If your looking at Ozark, have a look Harley Benton ( I suspect from the same factory as Ozark), I think that the name is owned by Thomman. They do a similar guitar, but with Grovers as standard, sometimes they'll off load a load of stuff really cheap. They sell stuff by the bucket load in Germany, but shipping to the UK should be free.
