Hi all, I don't know if anyone here has seen this guy live, but it is worth catching him if you can. I saw him last night in Huddersfield at a small music club. His stage presence is something else! There isn't much technical stuff, he just beats the hell out his Style O and his Tricone. ( I now know what MM meant when he said he was as Mad as F*!# !. He managed to brake a string in the second song - and these were 56-17's) His take on some early blues is fantastic and his original material is just as good. Check out his website www.davearcari.com and go see him if he is in your area.

Just checked out his site and his sound clips. Awesome stuff, really rough and ready, Id love to see him live.
The three songs I heard were just the ticket, for being stuck at home looking after two poorly kids.

Dave is a great guy & fun to be around. Back in the 90s he was mine and Catfish Keith's booking agent in Scotland. Shine On Dave!
Shine On, Michael

Michael,
When I was speaking to Dave last night the subject of the Pocklington Blues Weekend came up and he said he hadn't seen you for a while.
He also mentioned Catfish Keith and told me the tale of how Catfish helped him out when his first National rusted through. Catfish took it back to the states and got him a new one - complete with pick up.
He certainly is a nice guy, and not as scary when your talking to him as when he is on stage.
