Is there anywhere that supplies hyperdermics with glue in them? so you can get under fretboards etc.
Or is there a different method to get glue into tight joints?

You wont get syringes loaded with glue that will do the job, I'm pretty certain of that. You might be able to get a syringe and fill it with glue, but the problem is getting a glue that is thin enough to flow thru' the needle. With tight cracks the usual method is to wick-in the glue, using either hot hide glue, titebond or superglue, depending on the crack or joint. What exactly is the problem? Be very careful about simply glueing something without making a really full and informed appraisal of what the problem is, what's caused it, and if this is is going to fix it, how to clamp it properly etc. I've seen too many problems that people have attempted to simply fix with glue(or the wrong sort of glue). Tell us more..or alternatively check mimf.com, the Musical Instrument Makers Forum, it's a great source of information.
