Coated strings and magnetic pickups?

Hiya gang,

I've just ordered an LR Baggs M1 Active soundhole-mounted pickup for my Taylor 110. Anyone know of any issues regarding the use of coated strings (e.g. Elixir or EXPs) with magnetic pickups such as this one? Something that I hadn't thought of when I ordered!!

The coating will have no effect on the magnetic properties of the strings as it is not itself magnetic.
