I've uploaded some new vids today as threatened. Here's one: the others are linked.
BTW, two of them were filmed by my pal Nick with his new camera, which has a much better mic than mine so the volume is MUCH LOUDER, especially on Come On In My Kitchen; I'm not 100% happy with the sound, which seems to me distorted in parts - but the visuals are much better!
I'd be glad to hear people's views. Ta.

Nice playing G.
Sound on Come on caused distortion on my system and the little adjuster on the Youtube player to turn red until I had the volume almost off. Still distorted then.

Nice relaxed playing, and warm tone. What guitar are you using?

I play the slide numbers on my Michael Messer Lightning. The 12-string is a Freshman FA200-E-12, the 6-string is my Martin 000-28 and the other reso is my much-modified Ozark 3515.
Thank y'all kindly for the nice things you say!

Hi Gerry, I got around to listening at last. I really enjoyed the first one linked to. Come on in my kitchen was too distorted on my computer, I don't understand why it's OK for some folk and not others.

Neither do I! It doesn't sound too good on mine, yet on my partner's it's fine! This week I'm gonna tear it down - bed slats an' all - and refilm it with my own camera which, at least to my ears, gives far better sound.
Thank you for your kind words, Bill - much appreciated!

I like the playing on your website too. Wake Up Mama's very enjoyable. I know what you mean about retuning the little sh.. , er , thing too! I bought my Simon & Patrick 12 string 3 years ago, and ruined 3 sets of strings before getting it in tune. It's staying in open D now.
Love Bert Jansch and John Renbourne too. Saw them with Pentangle in Cardiff just before Xmas. Brilliant. Sad news about Davy Graham, who died in December. I saw him playing in Exeter recently, and he was a pale shadow of the player he was, looking so frail and nervous. He was superb at the Cardiff folk club in about 1974.
