I got this in late October, but left for Antarctica just after that and just got back about 2 weeks ago. I am just now starting to play it and I just love it! It is a fantastic guitar! This is the one I bought from Harlem Slim at Fuller's Vintage Guitar in Houston, Texas. Here are links to two images:

I hope you love it as much as my Busker Deco.
When I play it, especially at any sort of gig, I get more and more tonal range out of it and feel closer and closer to it.
Tri-cones are magic! I use aheavy DB glass side which works so well.
Enjoy yours!

Nice guitar, i really like the VS finish
I just noticed the body joins at the 12th fret not the 11 and a bit fret.
You live and learn.

Great guitar Tx
I use mm newtone phos bronze 15-56's on mine, which i would recommend as they are an improvement on the standard strings & you can still tune it to A or E without fear of damage. Which you do want to try if you haven't already, as it will sound fantastic. Amazingly enough it will also sound better as you bed the cones in.
I hope you enjoy your's as much as i do mine & be warned Nationals are addictive, you will have to have more.

Hi Barn.
I thought about that (going to 15-56) but decided against it since I do a fair amount of regular playing (non-slide that is) and the 15 would be a bit much as far as ease of play goes with the action (which is perfect for slide) that the guitar has.
I have been playing the heck out of it for the past month and can already hear it opening it up. I also have had to force myself to start learning to use fingerpicks since they really do bring out the best in the guitar. I am not too bad with them after a month.
