Hi all ive just purchased a "ROBERT JOHNSON BIG HEART SLIDE SIZE MEDIUM" off E-Bay the fits perfect its more like 20mm internal dia/not 19mm as stated check them out this bronze one sounds fantastic! regards all Diablodan PS that extra 1mm makes all the difference to me it fits on my little finger nice and tight and does not move when i play.

Hi Diablodan, I bought one of these from eBay too. From memory, it was spieled up as being made from a tractor bushing! Yeah OK. It is good but the engraving on the side always works its way around and spoils the note. I have some aircraft grade stainless-steel ones as well but they are not smooth enough (yet) I always used to prefer a glass slide for its sweet sound but I now prefer heavier slides. I broke too many glass slides as well! Stevie.

I use a thick Dunlop 224 slide which itself is too loose an internal dia. for my finger. But what I did was slipped a thinner brass slide inside it, and now I have a really heavy brass slide wich fits well too.
I also use one of Ians Diamond Bottlenecks, and sometimes a cut down chrome vanadium socket.
