Hiya folks After a 10 year break of gigging with a reso, I'm back on the scene! This time I will be standing up and as such I need to amplify my national style 1.5. I'll be playing in a bluegrass/roots band so a mic will be awkward. I really don't want to drill or modify my guitar but clearly will need a pickup of some sort. I've googled it to death and just can't decide. The krivo or national slimline looks promising though. Will it leave a mark on the surface? Will the krivo bluetac keep it in place? How about the schatten tc? Help!

Nicky I’ve used a Krivo without any issues at all, it came with Bluetac and stays in place fine. Leaves nothing when you take it off. I think Krivo do a specific one fir resonators. I had a lead made up to act as an extension from the Krivo lead end to the amp. Regards Steve

Thanks Steve. I think I'll go for the krivo. How do you mount the jack? I saw pics of a leather attachment to the strap button.
