Looking for a 12 fret biscuit or spider bridge with a reasonably comfy nut width. Wood body by preference. Can’t handle full trad nut width so traded an Icarus for a Dean which is too far the other way and too tight for finger style. Not got a huge pile of cash but I do have a magnificent K Yairi DY53 jumbo with a three piece rosewood back and a spruce top set up to perfection and a Baggs Element installed. Great guitar but I’m a finger style player and this ain’t designed for it. Haven’t figured out how to post pictures but can organise it via other means.
I reckon it’s worth about £800 used but not that bothered about the money aspect. Edit: also happy to sell for cash to fund a blues 28 from Michael.

Hi Littlebobby
What was the nut width of your Icarus and what model was it. What was the nut width of your Dean?
That information would be helpful for anyone responding to your post.

Hi. The Icarus was 47mm but the neck was also extremely fat. The Dean has a neck like a Stratocaster. 😁😁😁

Hey
If I remember correctly my previously owned MM Blues '28's all had a nut width of 45-46mm but they had a less beefy neck compared to my MM Blues and any MM Lightnings that I've played. So I would suggest getting a Blues '28 as I reckon the neck profile would be somewhere in the middle of the Icarus and the Dean. They also sound and play great which is an added bonus 🥳😉
Best, Lew

All MM guitars have the same nut width - 46mm, which is correct for the type of guitars that are in my range of MM instruments.

Shine On Michael Yeah - you said that the blues 28 is a bit more easy on the hands which is why I’m keeping an eye out for one. If I can raise the wedge I’ll be buying one off you.
