I like the Radiused Fretboard as the neck can be made thinner & easier for me to hold in my hands. However I figured out that to play slide on a Radiused Fretboard, I had to get a Special

A Radiused Guitar Slide is basically just a Guitar slide but a section of it was rounded to accommodate the Radiused Fretboard.

It's often called a "Dished Slide"

I have never tried a ‘dished’ slide and for my style of playing ( developed with a parallel slide) I’m not sure it would work well. It would be ok while playing full chords, but I often use the tip of the slide to play just the treble strings and would have to change the angle of my hand to get proper pressure on the top string. If it works for you ,ok, but even on a very curved finger board I will be using a standard slide. Pete Here is a sketch of the problem I would have, of coarse in time I’m sure I would get used to it but what happens when I only have 1 slide (which is dished) and someone hands me a flat finger board resonator? Think I’ll stick with a straight slide

A Dunlop 227 works for everything.

i have a Radiused Dunlop Bronze slide made in the mid-1970's.
invaluable for electric or acoustic guitars with lighter strings [and strings close to a radiused fret board].
if strings are far from frets, not needed even with radiused bridge and/or nut. the very little extra pressure required to put all strings in a straight line makes almost no difference in tuning to most ears.
pete1951 makes a good point above about playing two strings only. but for picking just one string on radiused or straight string profile the engagement angle would also need to be changed.
