I've recently completed a conversion project on a newly purchased Recording King 'Dirty Thirties ' reso. I replaced the biscuit bridge set-up with spider bridge parts (yes, it can be done with some creative adjustments!). I now have a complete biscuit bridge 'kit' for sale, as new and unused, ideal for an acoustic guitar conversion or a project new-build. Included: Biscuit bridge, cone, chrome cover and screws, soundhole screens, tailpiece, and a circular wooden support hoop. The biscuit bridge cone and chrome cover are original Recording King, the screens and tailpiece new Asian imports. Photos available by email or on Adverts.ie (search Resonator Guitar). Listed at 60 euro, price negotiable for MM forum members.Link added as suggested, thanks! www.adverts.ie/27976737

A good photo of the parts (especially the cone) would be good, parts in kits can vary as the supplier may use various different manufacturers. Pete
Or a link to the exact kit you have might do

The cone has very similar ( the same?) spirals as the Continental cones use in the better Far East made resos. Pete

It's the cone straight out of a new Recording King Dirty Thirties reso, quote: 'hand-spun European cone'

Looks like the ring would be to support a dobro type cone - the biscuit cone would fall through the middle. TT
