Haha, Might be a good vintage π€ but more importantly, will it make a good bottleneck when you save it from the recycling bin?π

I have a small collection of vintage unopened bottles, well a very small collection, actually just one. Itβs from 1937, Ian will get it when I open it in 2037 an itβs 100 years old Not sure if it will be a good slide, the glass is a little uneven and there is a βseemβ from the moulding. Pete Is there a perfect bottle for a slide ? as a (mainly) brass slide user I have never thought about it.

Nope...Depends what your playing well it does to me..Glass on a Tele in E ,Heavy brass on a style O steel body D minor and on a wood body reso depends on the song/style I just mix em up but find certain slides to suit if i have a specific bit of music in mind,I understand for some its a lifelong search...Its a bit along the lines of another persons hifi always sounded better than mine!
