Guys thank you all for your kindness but as to regards to the mmb ebay listing the guy wants cash on collection (which is on the listing but i somehow missed..)which puts it out of my grasp as I can't get there or even anywhere near the place as train is out of the question.
I would like to say a special thanks to Michael who emailed me the guys details.

Thanks guy's but am now sorted!!
My main problem was getting to chester as had no one to take me. Our lass is in the States visiting her best friend and won't be back till next week. I can't drive anymore unfortunately and no one could help me out due to work etc and I can't get the train alone. Even if someone could take me i would have to get a hotel as can't go very far in one day.
That's why I asked about the honey dipper as it was for sale right here in chez Vegas (chesterfield) and as could never be on with gretsch guitars in the past was wondering if their resonators were better!
I didn't want to relate all this but the kindness shown has forced me to explain myself.
Thanks guy's you lot really do shine...
P.s my new baby arrives today and boy is that clock ticking slow, I bought a new mmb in case your wondering fellas!

Chester pete is a dude and a half for doing that, been thinking of trying to get into cbg building myself but that's takes the prize before i'm even out the traps! Pity about weakening the body but yer live n learn I guess  speaking of odd guitars have you seen this? you probably have but will put it up anyway.... |
