Hi there,I bought one to try and I liked the sound but the only venue it worked all right was like a cafe type of gig! noisy bar or a festival stage very troublesome to get volume even with a preamp, I have the best results with a 57 at the quieter gigs and a 57 with a mag pickup at a noisier venue! in my case it didn't work better than the 57,,,,good luck

Interesting feedback (non pun intended)... did the suction cup hold the device ok? I'd be concerned with it falling off.

No I used it on my 34 Duolian it has too much patina! I had to glue the belt clip thingie to it and hang it just behind the palm rest with the mic going in to pick up behind the saddle! sticking it in the f-hole was not an option for me due to the guitars finish(or lack of) and my picking style ,,

I received mine and ended up sending it back. Gregg Myers is a great guy and honored the warranty. I found it just didn't sound right. Rather hollow or too bassy no matter where I put it. I just ordered a Krivo. Hoping that works well. More to follow on that one. I should have this week and hope to use at my show Saturday with a full loud band. krivopickups.com/my-art/krivo-pickup-for-resophonic-guitars/

Happy New year! I should update this in case someone has a Myers pickup, I have since tried the pickup/mike thingie with a preamp that I have been using for many years with my SM 57 for miking my Nationals with really great results, even with the mic or pickup whatever you want to call it pointed at the biscuit, its a BBE acoustic preamp with control over phase reversal, notch filter and all, this preamp has worked for me for years micing National guitars and with these little mics its really looking promising! only thing I should mention is this is without any monitors wich is not a problem for me as I have someone else do the singing and have never used them anyhow, hope this helps someone,
Take care,Kenny,

Jazzbass12 - How do you like your Krivo? I've been looking at the Myers for my MM Blues 28 and just came across your mention of the Krivo. Thanks.

Jodygc50- I ended up returning the Krivo. It was too microphonic on my NRP. It picked up every movement of my body. I settled on a National Slimline which I am very happy with.
