If there is any one near Carlisle there is a vintage Duolian at the Thomson Roddick and Medcalf auction house 23rd or 24 of this month. It has a dodgy looking headstock repair but that may mean that it will go for very little .Hope this is of use to somebody

And the duco finish is all rubbed off. Less interest in that condition. Still, if it had a mint cone inside .......... I doubt it though ! Too much of a gamble without seeing in the flesh.

lot 686 'National' 1930's resonator steel guitar, pattern no. 1762617/1741453, serial no. A2432, with paper label for Gibson & Frances, Day & Hunter Ltd., Wholesale Distributors, Charing Cross, London, 38'' long, in leatherette hard case. (Old repair to head stock).
