For those who have not witnessed this horrific sight, I can confirm that the Boogie Boys will be doing it again this year. Richard, I hope you've checked out the type of chairs available for percussion at Northampton.
Look out! We're coming!

No problem, although the padded seats are not ideal

Just a note to let those of you going to Blesweek 2005 and taking John Miller's class that he advises bringing an unwound 3rd string and a slide. I'll stock up with a few 20 -22 gauge strings if anyone needs them.

No, no Phil you've got it wrong, I know he always uses a 26 unwound third - you'd better bring both sizes.

Well, I'm afraid you're going to have to do without me this year, after all. The other 'arf is going into hospital next week (nothing serious) so I'll have to forego the trip to the mid west dust bowl that is Northampton. Somebody stick a couple of slide licks in the post for me, wiil you?

Regretfully sending my apologies this year too! The first Blues Week I've missed since it all began. However I'm looking forward to catching up with many blues friends at Swindon in November. Till then I'll keep on slidin' and hope you all do too....

Unfortunately I won't be there either! Just could not sort out my August schedule. There really is no justice in the world! Larry
