I have not been able to get the Highlander Pickups website to function at all in recent weeks, and have had no reply to my email a couple of weeks ago advising them of the apparent website problem. Are they still in business? Cheers Paul

just went to their website with no probs.
i am in US, dunno if that makes a difference.
at bottom of their homepage, read:
USA and Canada Call Toll Free 1.888.658.1819 Otherwise Call 1.805.547.1410
hope that helped, mitchfit

I've just had a look and the site seems to be working fine Dobropaul. Maybe try clearing your browser cache to see if that helps?

Well that's good news!! Thanks for the update. I still cannot get the website to work, even using the link quoted. The home page comes up OK, but when I select say, the "catalog" tab, the page appears to only partially load up, and is to all intents and purposes "dead". The hand cursor is not available hovering over any of the displayed items .... except the "Who has Highlander gear" shield logo in the middle (which does work). I wanted to go into the Pickup Selection process, but I can click away all night and nothing happens. Same on all the other page tabs - nothing appears to be active. How do I reset my browser cache? I always perform a disc cleanup routine on a weekly basis, but presumably that's not enough?
Thanks for your help
Cheers Paul

OK, I have cleared temporary internet files and web pages from the browser cache, though I believe my disc cleanup routine was in fact already doing this. No change - still cannot get the website to function! I'm baffled! I'll try it on my wife's I-thingy later today

Well it all works fine on my wife's Ipad! On my PC the guitar pictures don't appear, hence I can't navigate the site. No idea whet the problem is on my PC, but at least I can get on the site again. Thanks for your help Cheers Paul

Hi Dobropaul,
I experienced exactly same thing when used Microsoft IE version 10. So try different browser (e.g. chrome). It appears that Highlander's webpage is not optimised for IE well.

Thanks Karlos. Comforting to know I am not alone! I'll probably keep using the IPad for now, but will keep in mind changing my browser in the future.
Cheers Paul
