Didn't know if that show, "In Living Color" ever made it to your side of the pond. David Allen Grier, the Weyans Brother, Jim Carey and others all got their start on this show in the late 70's. I was a teenager who was diggin' bottleneck blues and I loved the Tubbs character played by Grier.

I don't think the show made it to the UK, but I remember seeing it on a couple of visits to the US in the late 70s. I remember everyone raving about it. I had completely forgotten it existed until you posted the links yesterday. They're very good sketches.
