This is an outstanding Kalamazoo KG-14 made by Gibson in 1937 and designated for export. Hence the Gibson sticker in the sound hole. It plays great, has had a neck reset and full setup by Jim Fleeting. The neck is in great condition with a large but no where near massive vintage V neck. This guitar is fully original, with the only work done on it is a back crack repair which is almost invisible from the back. Any questions please ask. These little Kalamazoo's don't usually come in this good of a condition. Amazing complex tone coming from the almost 90 year old woods, you would not guess this is ladder braced. Comes with hard case. Welcome to come try it out in South Manchester. Price £2000 NOW £1700. Only selling as I just bought a 48 LG-2 More pics imgur.com/a/Yvuul1U

I'm trying to stay relatively minimal with the acoustics and really just have a couple I love. Unfortunately the Kalamazoo has been replaced by the Gibson. I would really love to keep both but hard to justify. Hopefully someone else will really love and play it this way.

I don't think it will sell that quickly. Hopefully within five years though... You are welcome to come play it and then decide if you want to save up. For a forum member I'd be happy to hold it for some time, Im not in a rush to sell.

I’d love to but my van has just cost £1500 MOT and I need a new roof for around £10k because the current one is 100 years old ☹️

Ah no Bobby, well in a few months time I'll be selling my old T4 too... Van and guitar combo perhaps. All jokes aside, roofs are more important than guitars!!

No they ain’t 😁 But one less guitar is not going to lead to me having a face full of water one stormy night in the West Midlands. Getting old and responsible is a gyp man.

Just to say this guitar has a really nice tone, I had a quick try when I went to look at his Beltona Tricone a few months back

Just to say this guitar has a really nice tone, I had a quick try when I went to look at his Beltona Tricone a few months back Thanks Ken, yes it does have a lovely tone. Has heaps of sustain and really is surprisingly loud. I've done a quick phone recording of me playing it (only phone quality though!) drive.google.com/file/d/1rQYJ2B3MHmMfA9JsFMfHI1n8CQ5QaXCd/view?usp=drivesdk

Now entertaining trades for other acoustics if you like the look of the KG14.
