I was wondering today, have you settled on a price point for the wood MMs? Are they likely to be similar to the current models or a bit more/less?

Hi all, I am sorry to say that we are still not able to go into production with the new wood bodied MM guitar. Robin & I had really been hoping that this recent sample would be the blueprint for the production model, but I am sorry to say that there is still more work to do before we can launch this new model. It is VERY frustrating for us, but I am not prepared to put my name on the headstock of a guitar that is not exactly as I want it. ( I now have a rather interesting collection of 'almost' MM guitars ) Watch this space.....I'll be back! Shine On Michael

Hi Michael,
As anyone who knows or owns one of your guitars will know your standards are second to none, therefore while it will take more time however im sure it will be worth it .
Like others ill watch this space with a keen interest..

Disappointing to hear the woodies not right yet, but as the saying goes "all things come to those who wait" so I guess I'll wait patiently.

It would be more disappointing if I sold you a guitar that was not up to standard.
Thanks for all the kind words and support.

On the bright side, it gives me more time to save up for one! Do you have enough prototypes to put together your perfect MM wood body guitar by breaking them down and making a franken-reso?

Is there a problem with the latest batch or are you just too busy? When will you begin to ship the little wonders?

I can imagine how difficult it must be to build a resonator guitar and get it right,it goes to show the guys building the MM Guitars must be very experience builders and look how long it is taking them to get it just right, just goes to show how hard it must be to build a good resonator guitar, not just once but every time,by the time Michael has finished with them they should be amongst the best in the world, maintaining the standard on a production line must be very difficult, but i think in the end we will have a guitar worth waiting for. wolvoboy

Hi Yogi,
There are no problems with the current shipment. Robin is working on setting them up and shipping them out.
Best wishes,

There were a couple of MM guitars from the latest batch at Pocklington, I think one had been delivered on the Thursday before the weekend. They certainly looked, sounded and played well.
