A truly stunning tri-cone that is a hesitant list. A guitar has come up that I am really interested in and disposable income is a thing the the past, so something has to go! This specific guitar was featured in Guitarist Magazine. I've heard it side-to-side with a National Tricone and it sounds just as good as an M1 to my ears, with similar fit and finish, at a fraction of the cost. Crafted in the UK by John Anderson. I chatted with him over the phone when buying the guitar last year and he is a great guy
Some specs:
- Laminated mahogany body
- 3 piece mahogany neck
- Schaller machine head tuners
- Bone nut (46.5mm)
- Pearloid Slotted Headstock
- Ebony fingerboard
- Diamond shaped pearloid fret markets
- Iveroid binding
- Aluminum Tri-bridge
- 3x6" cones
I have it listed for a bit more elsewhere, but looking for£1795 £1695 here. Collection in Newcastle or could meet within the area via the train, otherwise happy to discuss shipping via insured courier

Selling my Blues as I am trying significantly slim down to just a couple guitars at the minute and would rather this great guitar be fully enjoyed by someone else than sit in its case. I bought it locally on FB marketplace a couple of months ago. This is a 2011 with a rosewood(?) fretboard instead of the blackwood tek and a hard case instead of the pod-style. The original owned used it in his band so it certainly has been played in (and has some nice natural wear/"aging" as a result).
Put a fresh set of MM Newtones on as the existing strings were well due for a change and it sounds/plays great.
SOLD
