Not a big fan of pedals, gadgets and gimmickry, but I find myself curious about Trem pedals. Looking for the "Feeling Bad Blues" kind of tremolo effect. Any recommendations?

If you can find a Dearmond 601 Tremtrol - that's the one.
The closest I've found other than that one though is the Diaz Texas Tremodillo.

I too am not to fond of gadgets pedals etc but as I have a couple of valve amps with not a lot in the way of effects I have ended up with three or so great pedals, My Tremolo is a Fulltone supa trem (as used by JD Macpherson), additionally a Carl Martin spring reverb finishing off with a Milkman Delay/boost pedal.
All fantastic but to simplify things I recently bought a custom 68 Princeton with Reverb and Trem already built in...… So the pedals remain there in case the older Amps receive some attention.
Regards
Lee

Can recommend the Diamond Tremolo. Shouldn't have sold it. R

I've got an Electro Harmonix Pulsar pedal that's pretty good. Sorry, no demo available by me but there are some on YouTube. I didn't realize they made a stereo model. I probably would have gotten that. Attachments:
