Is anyone familiar with the late '40's, early '50's National arch top guitars with the adjustable neck? Some bodies were made by Gibson, I'm led to believe...models include 1140, 1145, etc. Looking for an acoustic arch top I can add a P90 to, create an ES-125 type player. Thanks,

National branded acoustics are a real mixed bag. The 1145 was a Gibson carved top while the 1140 was a Kay bodied pressed top. They had, I think, in the most a 24 3/4 scale length. They all had an unmistakable National neck
