Hi everyone, I can't resist to the pleasure to send this little turnaround "Boogie Woogie Dance" - played in Trnava for the last DOBRO fest:
The footage was done into the "synagogue" of Trnava, with a very very nice acoustic! And for the evening great drinks with the "Dobrowitschka"... (remember that alcohol Michael?) Enjoy, Pascal

Hi Pascal,
Your playing sounds great!
I remember large quantities of 'Dobro-Juice' being poured down my throat at 9am one morning. Steve James, Rob Ickes, Ed Genis & me, were on the Dobro Train heading out into darkest Dobroland and a guy came along the carriage with a large plastic bottle of Dobro-Fire-Water. The next thing I remember was being back at Heathrow airport!
Dobro Dobro Dobro.... Shine On, Michael

That's funny! No alcohol in the morning, but Peter was a bit astonished to see me coming with Anne my wife to the pub (he said me after, that usualy they never bring their wife into that dobro-community-pub) and we stayed from Wednesday till the sunday. The Friday was my day-off (no concert or face to face) so I decided to spend that day with Anne for a 'diet'... Peter asked me on saturday morning were I was evening before and why I didn't spend that evening to do not drink with them!!! I have to tell there were an army of germans all dressed in black t.shirt from Sulingen, and they really are hard drinkers !!! I am scared and yes just a little frenchy-chicken-hearted, I know. No trace of that train, nobody talk to me about, it may become derailed since... See you soon next week, and tell Ed Genis to be prepared for the Cognac-Fire-Water! All my best
