If I figure out how to do it I’ll put up a picture of some other options...Gibson black Extra Thick are pretty good. The Dunlop Ultex are quite sticky and easy to grip so might be good for your hands. Anyway, I guess just take your Gretsch into a local shop and try a few pics and see what’s comfy :-) I have far too many and would therefore happily send you some to try out but as I’m on the other side of the pond I think it’d be quite expensive :-(
Great looking amps btw! I currently have a practice bass amp to work with! Sold my Fender Pro Jnr to fund my MM reso!
All the best

I've been building/modifying amps for several years. From Left to right they are a 5F6A Bassman clone, a Trainwreck Express clone, a 5F1 Champ clone modified to 5F2A Princeton spec (all three built by me), and a Fender Champ 600 Reissue modified to 5F2A Princeton spec by me. I've also heavily modified a Fender Blues Deluxe Reissue closer to 5F6A Bassman spec (no longer own).

I buy these in bulk. And they last three times as long as your regular shaped picks. TT

Snark picks. Only found them recently, best I've ever used. Used to use various thicknesses of Dunlop tortex, but these are far superior. Smoother, better string contact and release, and a clearer tone. Neo tortoise 0.94 and 0.78. Cheers!

Tried them. Hated them. Dull and flat sounding.

At the price they sell for one is all I could afford.
I've decided to stick with my green Tortex picks.

I find this thread is a fairly entertaining and inspirational read if I substitute the word 'pick' with the word 'woman'
