Kind Regards

I received my copy a few days ago. Still skimming over pages to save some for later. Amazing accomplishment. Unparalleled in depth of subject. My hats off to the author and artist. The only thing missing in my mind would be an illustration of Ray Davies clocking his Style 0 on Top of the Pops.

Thanks for the comments Tobi and Fred. So glad you approve.
Ray Davies was a contender, I have to admit. Maybe in the expanded version some day!! My best wishes to you both. Mark
By the way - if you haven't seen it, check out the Facebook page for the book "Palm Trees, Senoritas and Rocket Ships". I have added a few dozen more illustrations since its publication and also a lot of photos and extra catalogue bits and pieces.

Wasn't Ray playing a Duolian in the intro to L.O.L.A? And Mark, another (maybe the same?) one-off beauty, pictured on P 161 and titled "National Custom, unknown Model, 1965?" crossed my screen this week. Have loads of pictures.. :-) In Maui, Hawaii..
