All my answers are qualified by the fact that I'm guessing from the description you've given but based on what you've said so far I wouldn't blame the soundwell unless you've checked it and found that there are problems with it such as hollows or raised spots. I've just realised I didn't read your earlier post properly (despite metrication in the UK I still think in inches). Half a centimeter (i.e. 5mm) all round is lots of room for the cone, more than you need really, but it should be held in the correct place by string pressure if the guitar is set up properly.
If it's a traditional-style neck stick then it should make a reset easier because even if it's glued it probably wouldn't be a dovetail neck joint. If it's a dovetail neck joint then you have to pull the 14th fret and steam it out to get the neck off.

Nice Pictures & film Markus!
That movement around the cone is good - don't worry about that.
Good luck with it, Shine On Michael

Markus, from the pics I can see that your guitar doesn't have a neck stick. The neck stick is like what you get on a banjo - a hardwood stick about 1 inch square from the heelblock to the endblock of the guitar, running right below the soundwell.

DO you get those on all wooden resonators?

As far as I can tell you often don't get a neck stick on wooden resonators, but personally I think you should have some kind of internal bracing. I tend to feel that the structure isn't really firm enough if the soundwell is just hanging off the top of the guitar.
Nice photos, Markus. I assume the guitar was made in Korea, the cone looks like the kind you find in Korean guitars rather than Chinese. The soundwell doesn't look too bad so I would suspect it's the neck angle. How tall is the bridge piece?

My Bridge Piece is about 12mm tall on the bass side and about 10mm tall on the treble side. The slot in the biscuit is about 3mm deep.
I seem to have had success in taking my photo’s and video. Let me know if there’s anything else I can do to help you help me… I can take the screws out and record the buzz if you think that will help…
