You might want to send it to me so I can run it in for you. Saves you a bit of hassle. 6 months should do it. Lol! You lucky man. Enjoy. ππ

It is always exciting to get a new guitar in this case I suspect the magic will last longer than most, keep us posted with how it plays and settles down.

Hi Pertti,
Thank you for posting these photos. It is indeed without question an extraordinary and masterful piece of work. It looks like a mint condition 1928 Triolian. No it doesn't, it looks like a brand new 1928 Triolian. It is totally unique and is a wonderful thing. Future generations of guitar collectors will mark this as an important instrument. I guess it will become known as the "Fine Reso" Triolian as that is what is written on the headstock.
I have had many conversations with Mike about this guitar, so I know a fair amount about it.
Enjoy!
Shine On Michael.

Wonderful. And it will sound as sweet as it looks. Mike is the man.

Just out of curiousity, is the body the same size as a vintage National? Custom made coverplate? Awesome guitar!

That is stunning! I can't think of any other word to describe. If I had that in my possession I don't think I could quit looking at it long enough to just play it!!

Wow indeed! Yes it is a complete one-off build, as are all of Mikeβs guitars. There are no two the same.

I would say its probably better than a 1928 triolian,Mikes craftmanship is second to none, the luthiers back in 1928 probably didnt have the same skill level as Mike,he doesent just build a guitar he puts his heart and soul into making one, its stunning petej
