I agree this is an excellent forum to discuss slide guitar and all things associated, but maybe not on someone’s advert of a guitar they wish to sell, which you’re essentially tarnishing. Sorry I just think there are other sections on the forum where it is more appropriate to have such discussions 🙂
No offence or disrespect intended ~ just my opinion.
All the best Lew

To come in on this without taking any side, or expressing my opinion about the instrument. ANY COMMENT, whether positive or negative about a guitar that is for sale should not really be posted.
I don't want to delete the comments at this point because they do express opinions and I agree that we are a forum where this type of thing should be discussed.
Let's try not to turn this thread into a discussion about the right or wrongs of what should be on a forum because there is a guitar for sale and we don't want to cloud the issue.

MM even put in big writing just for you Pete! Lol! Wot Michael says is true, interesting though the discussion is. I think the mule reso's have been well talked over on previous threads, which are handy if a prospective purchaser wants to dig deeper, which I have found helpful on numerous occasions when I have bought stuff. Good luck with the sale.
Best wishes to you all, John

They say any publicity is better than no publicity, and so thanks for talking about my guitar. It is still available..... Andrew.

Try putting it on gumtree as well. It's free to advertise, and eBay don't take (a ridiculously large) cut of the final sale price (plus PayPal fees I believe). Had a guitar on eBay that ended yesterday, no bids. Six hours later somebody replied to the the ad on gumtree and offered me full price. Saved me £40 in sales fees on a guitar that was worth a third of the one you're selling.
Also adding postage will get you a lot more interest.
Nice guitar by the way. If only I had a spare £1k...

Did you put in the Hot Rod cones or is that how it came? I didn't think NRP would supply cones to other makers! This one sounds more bright and open than other's I've played (which I thought sounded muffled) and I always thought it was the cones....

This has sold on eBay tonight, so (barring disasters) is no longer available.
