It's a generic Shanghai-built guitar from 2007 or early 2008. I can tell the date by the tuners and the shape of the headstock.
eBay should be informed that it is not a National, or a National Resophonic instrument. It is also not a vintage guitar as it is only 12 or so years old.

Interesting paint job, though... Absolutely! Looks like DIY Duco, and not bad for a first attempt. The 12th fret 3 dots is also a Far Eastern trade mark. eBay pulled an ad of mine for a Busker National copy, if I had left out ‘Busker’and ‘copy’ I guess they would have let it go. Pete
