Hello all . I just thought I'd post this up hear for those who are looking at buying a MM resanator. Over the course of the last few years iv had the pleasure of playing just about every sub $1200 and a number of national guitars as well ( both new and vintage). Iv also worked on a number of them. I finally got the chance to play a used MM blues yesterday on my birthday. I have to say. While I did not get to open it up to look inside. You would have a very hard time finding a better sounding guitar in the price range period. Iv played just about other brand. Republic s where good. But if played a number of them that were dead sounding and have had to fix a brace in more then one over the last few years. I also feel that after owning a newer nrp for a time that the MM is the closest thing to it. ( better in some ways. I love the neck on the one I played) the NRPs are over built and honestly not worth the price tag.
In the end I did not see eye to eye with the seller . I still need to save up a little more to just buy one new as they are worth that without question. So if you happen to be reading this and on the fence about ordering one I would highly recommend it. Thank you for taking the time to read this

It'll be my next guitar. Assuming I can't afford a Fine Resophonic - a reasonable assumption.
