My 60th birthday present from my extended family. Produced by The Painted Player (no affiliation etc.) hand painted with a brush using Humbrol paints just like the original one was and finished as per ECs after he had sanded the neck to make it playable. The brush marks can be felt as well as seen. The base guitar is a Japanese 80s Tokai and it's as close to an original 60s SG Std. as you can get. I'm a very lucky man. I had the rare privilege of seeing the original close up in the back of Creams van whilst the roadie was filling up with petrol in Bucks. one afternoon. We were allowed to look but not touch!
