How to Post Facebook videos on the forum?

According to the forum instructions it is possible to post / embed a Facebook video on the forum, but I have tried and tried and got nowhere!!!

I got these instructions by clicking on the two arrows in the little menu bar on each message window. THIS ONE </> but I cannot make it work!

You cannot use QUICK REPLY, it has to be REPLY to see the menu bar

HELP! it must be possible

Yay! So, right click the fb video and click 'show video url'. Return here, click </>, select the fb icon and paste the url. Click embed.

I didn't, but it was the top one on your timeline, so I thought it looked like a good candidate.
