Yeah. Tricone. Spider? Ok, that too.
If..IF I get a next, has to be spider, got the rest, but spider WHO?! National D? I don’t care for the Dobros out there.. Nat D.

There is one worth holding out for, The last throw of the dice from Don Young, the Smith & Young NRP metal Dobro, that is interesting, I have also had the high end Model D but the Matt finish is not to my taste, other than that lovely guitar.

I’m borrowing one of these particular Delphi guitars until my own reso is fixed, and I like it a lot...very crisp and in your face, certainly packs a punch and is VERY loud. I don’t know much about prices so I don’t know if that one is a good price or not.
Best Lew

I'd say that's good value even allowing for shipping etc. assuming you can get them to ship. Good description Lew.

Hi there !
My 1996 Delphi, from new, was super loud ! Loudest I have owned. Sold it after about 10yrs to raise cash for a vintage National. Still remember the day I first saw it and played, for about 2hrs in a guitar shop, in Evanston, just outside Chicago. Went back the next day and played it for about an hour and a half. Went back a third dayd played it for 40 mins then decided to buy it. The shop owner joked he should sell it to me 2nd hand as I’d already played it so much !!!!

Thanks all... I purchased the 07 Delphi for $1500. It’s a nice sounding guitar. I feel like I got a nice deal. I was surprised that it had 12’s on it with medium action and sliding felt like it had a 15 or 16. I am used to playing my newer NRP or Resorocket.
I appreciate all the feedback

They'll do until your MM Newtones arrive! If you haven't checked them out yet do, can be ordered online, worth the effort! Enjoy your new guitar, looks a good 'un.
Best wishes to you all, John

I love the MMs. Been tough getting them in the states. Just Strings etc are out of stock for ages. I’m waiting for Newtone to have them back in stock then I’ll probably order a bunch.
