An old bass player friend has just died and left his wife with a garage load of old (and not so old )bass amps and guitars (only the bigger cabs are stored in the garage, so most stuff is in good nick) These include. A 5string active Fender Sq. Jazz, Westone Thunder 1 Tangle wood canyon fretless EXP, ltd 5string Sq Tele ‘Marina’ tele copy Then there are the amps and cabs .............
I have not bother to take photos yet , but if anyone is looking for something as above , I can get better details. The big (1x15 , ported 1x12, home made? 1x15,) cabs are worth little and if anyone is interested and would like to come to Cambridge to collect they would be at give-away prices
This is a lesson to us all, unless you have a partner or close friend who knows what stuff is worth, and is prepared to help find it new homes , get rid of your old unwanted stuff or at least plan what will happen to it when you die, Pete You could leave it to me in your will, there is so much stuff here I don’t think a few more guitars and amps would be noticed

I don't want to contemplate it Pete. It may sound selfish but since we don't have kids, I reckon that along with everything else my siblings (or perhaps eventually their children) will hoover up in a no holds barred bonanza, they can just deal with it. This leaves me to enjoy my herd until I no longer recognise any of it, just as intended. ;<D
