Hi Michael,
Just unpacked and played my new best friend. Looks and sounds stunning.
It’s the best ‘unboxing’ experience I've ever had. Immaculately packed. One pleasant surprise after another, and the icing on the cake, a Diamond bottleneck as well!
Dave King set up! I don’t know how you do it, but this must be the best value for money ever. I’m so glad you had a wood body 14 fret in stock. It fits me perfectly.
And the pickup.....wow.
All the best Michael Regards Chris

Please enlighten me.
What's a MMB 36 Limited Edition Wood body 14 fret?
Tell us more.
A photo would be good, too.
A MM Blues'28 12 fret I know about...

You click on the Reply thingy, top right hand corner in the black bit at the top and then the "add attachment" bit then follow the destructions.

Ahh.... the secret is out!
These are really excellent guitars and there will only ever be 15 of them.
A while ago I decided it would be great to add a 14 fret wood bodied MM guitar to the range and went ahead and designed something that is closely related to a 1936 National Trojan. This all takes a lot of time, money and shipping of prototypes (samples). Everything was good and I went ahead with a small production run just to test the water and see if there would be interest in this new model. When they arrived I was rather shocked to see that my guys in Shanghai had built a stunning instrument that was exactly what I designed and approved, except somehow they had got two stylistic details wrong. The F holes were misplaced and the body shape was just a wee bit different to the shape in the design. Dave King and I went through a few of them and decided that although there were a couple of stylistic discrepancies, that actually these are really very good guitars that are built and finished exceptionally well.
So I had a bit of a conundrum going in my head.... Hmmmm.... As everyone knows I am very fussy and particular about MM Guitars and will only sell the best possible guitars I can produce. Well these are exactly that, but they are not exactly what I designed and ordered. So my fanatical and fussy approach to running my guitar business has created a situation that is very advantageous to anyone in the market for a 14 fret wood bodied National-style guitar, because instead of selling them at £585.00, which was the intended retail price, I am selling these 15 MMB36 guitars for £499.00 each. This is an amazing deal, because every guitar and every customer gets exactly the same quality, setup and customer care, but for £499.00, which I think is probably an unbeatable deal. My loss is your gain!
I have sold two, so there's 13 more. Don't miss out because these are, as Chris so kindly wrote in his post, stunning guitars.

Hmm, 14 frets and the ‘wrong’ f-holes <sharp intake of breath through teeth> :-)

Could do with a polish up to a gloss finish like a couple of Blues'28s out there.

Hmm, 14 frets and the ‘wrong’ f-holes <sharp intake of breath through teeth> :-) That'll have Mark Makin jr. the Third trying to work out what happened for his MM Guitar Book in 90 years time.
