exchange rate is no longer in our favour in the UK, plus it sounds from the description as needing TLC, so no rush from me....

Lee, you are right that it needs some attention, but for less than 6k GBP, it is a Don and therefore if properly restored would be worth quite a lot more.
Sadly, so much of the good stuff doesn't circulate anymore. I am reminded of Steve Phillips' Don, Roy Bookbinder's, Colin's lovely square neck, and a few other nice ones. I know where they all are and they're in a safe place.

Once I finish the final adjustments to the HG Wells time machine as I work around Woking, I will set the dial to 1930 to visit the factory or 1989 when we had almost $2 to the £ !!! For now I have to pass....
