Hi Mitchfit
Using super economy with insurance (5+ days) it will cost £25 to ship to US, more if you want to use a ‘known’ carrier. I’ve no idea what the import duty and local sales tax would add to that.
Cheers

"frequently misinformed" is so much better than just plain *wrong*- wilfully or otherwise. ;<D
It's still a good price in my view. I paid £220 for mine collected in person on a fuel station forecourt!
I'm wondering what stereo SlideRIGs will sound like!

"I'm wondering what stereo SlideRIGs will sound like!"
major reason i like these is not being able to detect it in use, until it gets bypassed.
will be monday before i get to the bank. sent USPS money order last slideRIG. bad idea, took a coupla weeks to clear for marshallman. any payment preference?
NO plastic here, but could do electronic transfer, western union, bank check?

Hi Mitchfit & Ken, I ought to keep my nose out of this thread, but you should check out www.transferwise.comThey are cheap, fast, efficient and reliable. Most of my MM Guitars overseas customers use this company to pay me. Shine On Michael

Michael, I don’t know how, Mitch and myself are completely flummoxed. I’ve set up US and UK accounts and to no avail

Paypal with the friends and family option is pretty instant and painless.
I recently bought an Asher guitar (UK to US) that way with no loss to either party.

Are you experimenting with infinite stereo sustain or starting a SlideRIG museum Mitch ;<D
Coincidentally, I once bought a Gibson "Dogear" P90 from eBay Canada which took over two months to arrive. Both parties needed patience a-plenty then too. What is annoying is that the exporting country washes their hands of it at the port, dock or airport and then it appears to be on an airplane for six weeks but no one knows where. "Not me guv".
