I know it's been asked many times before, but I'd like some guidance on the different sounds of the Lightning and the Blues guitars.
It's not immediately clear to me which is being played on your video - would it be possible sometime to record a few samples with the actual guitar being played visible?
Lastly, any progress on a Tricone guitar? And many thanks for your god work and efforts Michael!

Hello Rothco,
Welcome to our forum.
I am happy to discuss the differences between Lightning & Blues models, but before I do, there are so many discussions on this forum about MM guitars that are worth reading.
Regarding your question about a Tricone. At this time I have no plans to create an MM Tricone. I would if I could, but so far nothing I have seen and tested comes close to a real 1920s/30s National Tricone. If I can't achieve that, there is no point in putting one into the MM range.
In this video the first 1:30 minutes is played on an MM Lightning and the rest is on a 12 fret MM Blues.
Here are some videos from Youtube, not published by me, but they do a great job.
Thank you for your kind words and for your interest in MM Guitars.
Shine On Michael.

Thanks - I did a search, but couldn't find that many direct comparisons - maybe a sticky on this could be helpful?
But the clips are great, and from that, the Blues looks to slightly shade it for me - but both sound great.
