Thanks Jason, The nickel faceplates sound great. Will they be available as an aftermarket product to fit to existing pickups?

Been considering one of these for my resonators.
Been past the "how much" phase and see they are near me in Morecambe (4 hours on boat).
Just wondered if any members have used one?
Kind regards Steve (Isle of Man)

Hi ,The chrome plates come pre-installed: Promenade does not have any yet but I'll likely be sending them a bunch in October 2017. For now you can always order from my website www.krivopickups.com

Hi Jason,
You are very welcome to post on here and discuss your pickups, but please be careful not to cross the advertising barrier and you are right on the edge. I just can't allow commercial advertising on here. If I let one through, the floodgates will open. I do not run this forum to give free advertising space to people in the slide & resonator guitar industry.
There are quite a few small business owners that communicate on here. They discuss their products, but they do not advertise.
Links to your website and to your distributors, are commercial adverts.
Thanks
Shine On Michael

The Krivo is great...I put one on my National M1 Tricone and the sound from the PA was exactly the same sound as the sound from the guitar - and the tricone is not an easy one for a pickup to work with, lots of little cone interactions make the tone pretty complex.....I made the installation more permanent, but still non-invasive, by 3-D printing a snap-in base for the pickup and a clip for the plug, which I changed to a jack. See the Krivo FB page for pictures...

Hi there ! Do you do them in nickel-plate ? Hi, currently I just have the stainless steel chrome, but it is a perfect match for the nickel silver finish (see photo above).

Hi again !
Sorry, is it stainless steel, or is it chrome ? Those two look different ? I'd say stainless steel looks closer to nickel-plating, than chrome-plating does. And chrome certainly looks different to nickel plating.
Please do them in nickel-plating so they look right on nickel-plated reso guitars - as I'm sure you will sell way more that way. (and, I'll buy one too). Please take that as a helpful comment, rather than anything else !

I'll look into the nickel-plated option. I also make black and rosewood veneer covered versions too.

Another vote for nickel plating in general. Nickel has a nice honey glow which even when it ages (rapidly without care) develops a nice patina. Chrome is just so blue in comparison, although I recognise that everyone may have a personal preference.
