Hi there ! i think he is after a long-scale guitar, to tune that low.
Here is my Brad Goodman 12-string (a US luthier, more known for archtop guitars). Excellent guitar. Might be persuaded to sell it - but nearer £1500 though - so more than you would want to spend I'd think.

Hey Snake, is that the cord I sent you on that guitar. Looks good! I didn't think about just letting the end unravel like that, it looks very authentic. I recently got some of this to try (http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00IORT4Q2?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o01_s00). It's the same diameter as the cord but it's braided leather so it's stronger. Haven't made a strap out of it yet, but soon!

A good point, but my Sobell "New World" is permanently tuned to Csus2 / Cadd9 so guess it depends on the individual instrument and thus the maker?

Thanks guys, I'm really into that parlor vintage 12 string. I like the fact that it's a normal scale length, but can't seem to find much reviews. Would you like to tell me a little more about the vintage Misterkevster? nice action and sound in lower tunings? I don't want to use a pickup so is it loud enough? ?
