That's a nice looking guitar. Tell us about the pad on treble side of the cover plate. Also, are there 4 extra tuner holes on the head stock?

Thanks Brian. I got the body on ebay. The neck was a 12 stringer tanglewood (I think) that pete1951 sold me. 47mm at the nut I think - has a decent neckstick too now. The pad is to protect my knuckles when I do some percussion on the plate. The scribbles on it were done in the OMI factory (dented no good - old) - maybe a dopyera scrawl, maybe just ron lazar... TT

Great photo deuce, I've seen and heard that guitar in other threads and it really makes an impact. I was about to ask about the pad myself and this photo provides a great visual solution to the jack mounting issue. I'm going to post the link over on National Avenue. Well done.

Way to go, TT. Great stuff! (I won't let the missus see the scrawl coz she'll probably copy it onto my forehead).

I think I might post a straight forward boogie tune of mine whacking it. TT

Maybe make t-shirts with the slogan when you perform with it?
