I'm moving along my 1971 Martin D18 a lovely guitar but just not getting played. (Reso's have taken over my life as some of you may have noticed!) Looking for £900 but am open to sensible offers. Replaced high quality scratch plate, historical repair to top, sounds fabulous as you would expect a 40 year old Martin guitar to! I'm happy to answer questions and email more photos. Also has under saddle piezo pickup, jack is through strap holder, no holes drilled.

Very tempting, John. I occasionally jam with folkies and I invariably get drowned out by fiddles and accordions. I could really do with a powerful "strumming" guitar - and they don't come better than a D-18. However, I can't justify that sort of outlay for a guitar that'll only be used a couple of times a year. Good luck with the sale, mate and a merry Christmas to you.

Hi all, for various reasons the D18 is back on the market! Will be happy to work something out with anyone from the forum who might be interested. Don't want to post overseas.
Best wishes to you all, John
